Which vendors are supporting JSF?
Updated: July 29, 2008

Currently, Sun is responsible for the reference implementation, which will work with any standard servlet container. They also support JSF in NetBeans, via the Visual Web Pack and basic JSF project support.

Sun isn't the only member of the expert group, though. The JSF 2.0 expert group includes key IDE and Java EE vendors, including IBM, Borland, BEA, Ericsson, JBoss, the Apache Software Foundation, Oracle, SpringSource, and many others. In other words, every major Java tools provider is involved. In addition, Eclipse now has integrated support, as does MyEclipse.
